The short version
Undercurrent sells digital guided journals — PDFs you download and keep. When you buy one, you get a personal licence to use it; you do not get the right to resell or redistribute it. The full terms are below.
These Terms of Use govern purchases and use of journals, bundles and free samples from undercurrentjournal.com. By buying or downloading a product you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the product. Undercurrent is a small press based in Singapore; its registered address is available on request at hello@undercurrentjournal.com.
You are buying a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the PDF journal for personal, non-commercial use. You may write in it, print it for your own use, and store copies on your own devices. You may not resell it, share it publicly, upload it to file-sharing services, remove copyright notices, or use it in a paid product or service.
Products are delivered as instant downloads after payment. Your download link stays active for 72 hours and allows up to five downloads; save the file to your own device before the link expires. If a link fails, email hello@undercurrentjournal.com and we will resend it.
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and may change. Payment is handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
Our refund policy is part of these terms: 14 days from purchase, no questions asked, as described on the Refund Policy page. Statutory rights are not affected.
Undercurrent journals are tools for self-guided reflection. They are not medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for professional advice. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact a licensed professional or a crisis line immediately — in the US, call or text 988; elsewhere, your local emergency number or a national helpline.
All text, design, illustrations and files are owned by Undercurrent or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Your licence does not transfer ownership. You may quote short passages with attribution; you may not reproduce the journals in whole or in substantial part.
The products are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the journals. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase. Material changes will be noted with a new "last updated" date.
Questions: hello@undercurrentjournal.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
